Returns - All Purchases
Returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with tags attached will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. All returns will be returned at buyers’ expense to:

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns on gift cards, final sale items, intimate apparel, or swimwear apparel.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund credit will be emailed to the purchaser.
Not eligible for returns/exchange
The followings are not eligible for returns/exchanges:
- Any defective, wrongly shipped, or missing items reported after 3 days from the date of receiving
- Any defective or wrongly shipped items that have not been shipped for return within 5 business days from the date of receiving
- Any item from which the tags have been removed, regardless of if they were defective on arrival
- Customized or handmade items
- Cosmetics being opened
- Items having trace of scent, cigarette, perfume, use, wash, or alterations
- Items that have been damaged intentionally including, but not limited to, lost tags, alterations, washing damages, even if the item was defective upon arrival
- Unclaimed/Refused packages
- In case the customer fails to claim or refuse the package and the package gets returned to due to absence of addressee/wrong or insufficient address or refusal of package, the round-trip shipping fee based on actual shipping fee rate of each courier will be deducted from the refund.
- In some cases, depending on the shipping cost, the parcel may be discarded; those the customers will be held responsible for the loss caused and no refund will be issued.
- All goods returned without previous notice or despite return
denial by EA One Nine Five will not be accepted
If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
Refund Processing Time (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that your return has been received and the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please contact your banking institution or credit card company.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at love@eaoneninefive.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Defective and wrongly shipped items
- For exchange/replacement of the same item, please contact us at love@eaoneninefive.com within 3 days after receiving your package and mail the item within 5 business days to:

- Please include the following information to hasten the process:
- Order list
- Barcode of all the items
- Picture of the item
- Picture of defect part
For any exchanges/ returns of defective or wrongly shipped items the shipping fees will be borne by EA One Nine Five for up to 5 business days after receiving your package.
Missing Items
- If any of your item(s) is missing in your parcel, please contact us at love@eaoneninefive.com 3 days from you receive the box. When contacting us, please send us the pictures described below:
- Picture of the box
- Picture of all items you received
- Order list
- Pictures of each barcode for each corresponding item
- If confirmed of missing, we will send you the product right away, however, some products may go out-of-stock.
- All the costs related with re-sending will be borne by EA One Nine Five.
